ZBL系列紙板精濾機是一種高效、節能、精密澄清過(guò)濾、密閉操作的固液分離設備。

它廣泛用于化工、石油、食品、油脂、制藥等行業(yè)。

 特點(diǎn) Features

該過(guò)濾機是在密閉筒體內，由若干片水平放置的濾板中間裝夾濾紙組成。它是依靠濾紙作過(guò)濾介質(zhì)，在密閉容器內進(jìn)行加壓過(guò)濾。過(guò)濾時(shí)，濾液由輸送泵送入過(guò)濾機體內，沿著(zhù)濾板外圓周上的小孔進(jìn)入兩層濾板間，濾液穿過(guò) 濾紙和多孔支撐板，流入濾板中心孔道，從機體底部出料□流出，過(guò)濾精度較高。過(guò)濾完后，用壓縮空氣將過(guò)濾機內殘液壓出。

The filter is of closed barrel with several horizontal filtering plates which sandwich filtering papers. It uses filtering paper as the filtering medium and filters by pressure within the closed barrel. When in operation, liquid is pumped into the barrel then it flows to the filtering plates through small holes around the outer side of the filtering plate, then the liquid penetrates the filtering papers and the perforated supporting plate and enters into the center channel of the filtering plate then discharges from bottom of the machine, fine filtering effect is achieved. When the filtering process is finished, residuals in the filter are ejected by compressed air.
